Wednesday Afternoon
The Wednesday afternoon yoga is a much slower class than my usual classes. They will be aimed at beginners and people suffering with pain, arthritis and thus sometimes associated anxiety. Therefore needing more guidance, nurturing and support with the use of props.
Hopefully, the class will be a safe and encouraging space, so that people can get to know and enjoy yoga as part of their well-being, feeling comfortable in doing so.
