

My Hatha style yoga classes are not just about the beauty of the poses - Asanas - but how they feel in your body. My classes are about giving yourself the time and space, to be still, breathwork- Pranayama - and the practice of meaningful movement.
My passion for teaching yoga extends beyond the benefits felt after class; I hope to empower students to integrate the knowledge learnt on the mat into their daily life, achieving physical, mental, and emotional balance.
My classes are designed to be enjoyable and accessible for all levels of experience. I provide detailed instructions and modifications for each posture, helping my students to get the most out of their practice.

Group Classes
My classes will be delivered in blocks and occasional one-off specials.
Class schedule will always be advertised on this website nearer to the start date.

One to One
Please contact me for further information on bespoke classes, tailored specifically for you.
One to one classes may be of benefit to those living with anxiety, or to feel more confident before joining group classes.

Booking

Before booking, if you would like to have a chat as you are feeling unsure or nervous about attending my classes, I would be more than happy to.
Cancellations
Please be advised that no refunds will be given for cancellations within 24 hours, unless in the case of an emergency. I will always do my best to accommodate and transfer where possible.
Missed Classes Policy
If you are unable to attend one or more classes in the upcoming block, please inform me before the new block begins.
The following terms will then apply:
1 missed class – Full payment for the block is still required.
2 missed classes – A discount equivalent to 1 class will be applied.
3 or more missed classes – Please speak with me directly to discuss options.

By joining my classes, you confirm that:
To the best of your knowledge, you do not have any medical or physical condition or disability that may increase the typical risks associated with exercise; [and / or] Your doctor has given approval for your participation in my yoga classes.
You must notify me as soon as possible if:
You experience any [new] injury, illness, or other medical condition;
You feel any pain or discomfort during a yoga class; or you believe that any exercise included in a yoga class would be uncomfortable for you.
I reserve the right to pause your participation in a yoga class at my discretion, however this will be discussed with you if the situation arises.
