A: No, adults of all ages and abilities are welcome!
Q: I am new to yoga. "I can't even touch my toes!" - can I still attend?
A: Absolutely! 100%!
Q: I’m not sure if yoga is for me?
A: Let’s have a chat, or you are welcome to drop in to one of my classes as taster.
Q: What do I wear?
A: Comfortable clothing.
Q: Do I need to bring any equipment with me?
A: This will be dependent on class location and you will be advised accordingly.
Q: How do I pay for classes?
A: Account details will be provided.
Please note that full payment for all classes is required in advance to secure your place.
Q: Can I do yoga if I have an injury or illness?
A: The safety and well-being of my students is top priority. I recommend speaking with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing injury or illness.
I am trained to provide modifications and adjustments to help ensure your safety and comfort.
